However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we provide replacements or refunds in cases where products arrive damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect. If your parcel arrives compromised, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear unboxing photos or videos showing the shipping label and damaged bottles/items via WhatsApp at 9542356256 or email at akshayacoldandwoodpressoils.25@gmail.com. Once verified by our team, we will promptly dispatch a free replacement or initiate a refund. For eligible returns or canceled orders before dispatch, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days; please note that orders cannot be canceled once handed over to the courier partner.
